A few ways with this help you can start this weight training are squats, leg presses, and lunges. Also there are some other exercises which you can do, moreover that don’t require using weights and those are glute knee-ups, step-ups, and frog squats.

b. There a simple way how to get a bigger butt is doing fitness training. This includes you to take a fitness class such as: aerobics, Pilates, and kickboxing, you can jog on a treadmill at an inclined position, and also can use the stair master. You must have to do these fitness training exercises at least 3 times in a week.

c. The third possible way to get a bigger butt is to eat very small and take healthy meals. There are a little no of foods that will help you in order to make your booty bigger. These types of foods that will help you to make it are proteins, complex carbs, and veggies and fruits. And make sure that you eat a small meal every two to three hours.

Some foods contain protein you should eat, which are given in the list: lean chicken breast, turkey breast, lean beef, protein shakes, soy protein, and lean fish. Also here some complex carbs that you should have to eat are sweet potatoes, whole wheat breads, whole wheat pastas, oatmeal etc.
